If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. Where such authority does not exist, personal liability attaches to you as the individual accessing the Platform.
Age Requirement — Strictly Enforced: Use of the 727pub Platform for real-money gaming is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's age restriction policy for online casino and gambling activities in the Philippines. 727pub enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. 727pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 727pub immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
KYC verification is mandatory for all Accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. 727pub may additionally request KYC documentation at any time in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and AML obligations under Philippine law.
All financial transactions on 727pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is always subject to current Platform configuration.
Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay typically reflect in your 727pub wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet process within the same day during banking hours. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. 727pub does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used to fund the Account or to a verified account in the User's name. 727pub does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during normal operations. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) banking day. Withdrawal requests submitted outside normal operating hours are queued and processed at the next available opportunity.
AML Compliance: In accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and PAGCOR regulations, 727pub is required to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions that meet reporting thresholds. 727pub reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for deposits exceeding regulatory thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a hold on withdrawal processing pending compliance review.
727pub reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with a court order or regulatory direction.
727pub offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event promotions, are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between those specific terms and this Section 6, the specific promotional terms prevail.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a User's Account are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. It is your responsibility to review those terms before opting into any bonus.
Bonus Abuse: 727pub monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; wagering in patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; exploiting system errors; or colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes. 727pub reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as specifically provided in the relevant promotional terms. 727pub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring terms already accepted by a User for a bonus already in progress.
All games available on the 727pub Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are the certified figures provided by the respective game provider to its regulator. 727pub does not alter RTP values or interfere with game outcomes.
Game results are determined at the moment of play and are recorded in the Platform's audit log. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Platform's server-side records shall be conclusive evidence of the result. User-side records (including screenshots taken on a personal device) are not accepted as the primary basis for dispute resolution where they conflict with server records.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or server error that affects the completion of a Wager in progress, 727pub will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from available server data. Where reconstruction is not possible, any affected Wager amounts will be returned to the User's Account balance. 727pub is not liable for any claimed winnings that cannot be verified from server records.

All content on the 727pub Platform, including but not limited to the 727pub brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, user interface, software, game presentations, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of 727pub or its licensed content providers, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Your use of the Platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 727pub's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
727pub shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data; or (d) interruptions to gaming services caused by circumstances outside 727pub's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or force majeure events.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 727pub makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, it does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability; 727pub will endeavour to notify Users in advance of planned outages where practicable.
727pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) a User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 727pub is required to do so by PAGCOR direction, court order, or applicable law; (c) fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is suspected; (d) a User requests self-exclusion; or (e) the Account has been inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
Upon Account termination for breach, any cash balance remaining in the Account after deduction of any amounts owed to 727pub (including chargebacks reversed by the User, costs of investigation, and damages) shall be returned to the User's verified payment method within thirty (30) business days, provided the Account has completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon termination for breach.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 727pub support. Voluntary Account closure is subject to completion of all pending withdrawals and confirmation that no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist.

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of your Account or use of the Platform, you must contact 727pub support in the first instance via live chat or by email to [email protected]. 727pub commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and to providing a substantive response within five (5) business days of receiving all relevant information from the User.
Game dispute outcomes are determined primarily by reference to 727pub's server-side game logs, which provide the authoritative record of all game events. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the User and 727pub, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint mechanism. 727pub will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated inquiry.
727pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 727pub Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
727pub will not sell or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 727pub shares personal data with third parties only as required: (a) by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (b) to process transactions through payment providers; (c) to verify identity through KYC service providers; or (d) in connection with a corporate restructuring where appropriate data transfer obligations are honoured.
727pub reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that substantively affect User rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Users via email to the registered address and/or by a notification displayed upon next login, not less than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.
The current version of the Terms is always available at 727pub.vip/terms-conditions, with the effective date and version number prominently displayed. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their formation, validity, interpretation, breach, or enforceability, that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, specifically the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pasay City, Metro Manila, where PAGCOR is headquartered.
Nothing in this Section limits 727pub's ability to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Platform.
